Inside is the front page for the whole body of work. It is one static HTML file, inside/index.html; every live panel is read in the visitor's browser when the page loads. Nothing runs on a server.
Mission Control
The live operations view sits on its own page, Mission Control: the gate and deploy state of the three sites, the last ten deploy runs, open incidents, this site's gate result and the dashboards as tabs, read from the same records as the panels below. The dashboard list is /inside/dashboards.js, shared by both pages. See ADR-0026.
Cockpit
The cockpit is the CTO powersuit cockpit running on the public work: the issues and pull requests of the owner's public repositories by area of the CTO job, with a scorecard and the open items for each area, a 14-day trend, and the CTO powersuit plugins of each area. It is a static page, rebuilt at each deploy from the GitHub API behind a contract check. See Cockpit page and ADR-0031.

Rules for the page
- No request to a third party when the page loads: fonts are served from
/fonts/, the deploy feed from/inside/deploys.json. The Grafana frames load from grafana.scoetzee.de only when the dashboards section scrolls into view.
- Build links in script with
a.href = ..., never with an interpolatedhrefattribute in a template string; the gate reads those as relative links. - Pages under
/inside/are the platform, not pieces: the front page list skips them. - The page has no search box of its own; the one in the top bar covers everything the old box did, plus the docs and services.
- Without JavaScript the page points to
/llms.txt,/map/graph.jsonand/conformity/. - Grafana frames only because Grafana runs with embedding allowed; see Public dashboards.
